Usage:
It
can be used as raw material for manufacturing potassium nitrate,
emulsion explosive,
picric acid and dye. It can be used as glass decolorant. In enamel
industry, it is used as flux and oxidizer.
In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as a culture agent of
kanamycin and as nitrogen fertilizer in agriculture.
